Verizon customers in NYC had internet issues Monday.
Netblocks' data showed connections were slow or broken.
Downdetector reports of problems have decreased recently.
Verizon spokesperson Ilya Hemlin assured The Verge that:
"We know of the issue affecting Fios users in NYC.
Our engineers are actively resolving it quickly."
